Released on 30th January 2012. Esoteric Recordings are pleased to announce a new remastered edition of the second solo album by acclaimed guitarist GARY BOYLE, founder of Jazz Rock group ISOTOPE. Released in 1978, "Electric Glide” was Boyle’s second solo album and followed on the heels of his acclaimed solo debut "THE DANCER” (also reissued by Esoteric this month). The recording sessions saw Boyle joined by special guest GARY MOORE, along with contributions from ROBERT AWHAI, SIMON PHILLIPS, JOHN GIBLIN and PETE JACOBSEN. The resulting album was a fine work which rightfully placed GARY BOYLE among the top ranking JAZZ ROCK guitarists.
