AMERICAN AQUARIUM began releasing albums in 2006. Drawing influences from the likes of WHISKEY TOWN and THE DRIVE-BY TRUCKERS. In 2010 we released ‘Small Town Hymns’ (FREEM5029) to much critical acclaim. To coincide with their European tour beginning May of this year, and ending mid-June with dates in Germany, France, Spain, and Holland, we are releasing the album ‘Dances for the Lonely’ for the first time in Europe. Produced, engineered, and mixed by CHRIS STAMEY, main man of the dB’s, and originally released in America in 2009.
