After he disbanded THE BYRDS, ROGER McGUINN embarked on a series of solo albums. This compilation takes tracks from ROGER McGUINN, PEACE ON YOU, ROGER McGUINN and BAND, CARDIFF ROSE, and THUNDERBIRD. In keeping with BYRDS tradition, there’s a cover of the BOB DYLAN song ‘Up To Me’ as well as his version of TOM PETTY’s ‘American Girl’. This compilation is a fine way to look back at McGUINN’s underrated work of the seventies.
